Help?

Hey guys so I have found some motivation finally. I am looking for a good workout plan that isn't too hard, and isn't going to take a lot of time each day. Is there anything you guys can recommend? I would really appreciate your help.

    There are four workouts in it, each is fifteen minutes long.
    The book shows illustrations and detailed instructions for each work-out.
    The dvd is a real-time guide.
    It tells you how to maximize calorie burn and posture.
    It's pretty nice.
    It's called 15 Minute Total Body Workout by Joan Pagano.
