Changes

So you will notice a lot of small changes occurring. But what will stay the same is well... me... and the name of my blog. Since the name is actually after my friend. These changes have occurred because I was put on a wanarexic list... and because I was reported for.... whatever Skinny reported me for. So these changes will kind of happen... In hopes that people will stop trashing my blog. Hopefully these changes will also help to offend less people.

  1. Be you. Who cares what people think? And...I'm pretty sure people can be reported for harassment which you certainly seem to have undergone.

  2. People with genuine eating disorders just dont like posers like this blog. It's pretty insulting to those of us who really suffer.

  3. Tiffy, shut the fuck up. You are an idiot if you can't see that she is suffering too. Bitch. It's people like you who make our lives hell.

Tearsnsorrow: Just be you and ignore bitches like Tiffy. She just wants attention.

  6. Thank you for calling my bitch. It's something I wear with the greatest pride. By the way, I'm bulimic and not thin. I didn't claim to be thin. All I said was that this blog is insulting. Oh, and as a Clinical Psychologist,I feel I should inform you that to be anorexic you must have a BMI at or under 17.4. Please, consult the DMS-IV before posting more bullshit. Thank you and have a nice day.

  9. Liz: I think it is quite rude of you to call Tiffy a bitch and an idiot. Though you are entitled to your opinions, there are plenty of other ways to be polite. Have you ever thought about the fact that maybe people like Tearsnsorrow and rene who make THEIR lives a living hell too?

Rene: to my knowledge, there is no crazy bitch list up yet. If it ever were to be established, I will surely let you know. Thank you for calling Anorectics "skeletons" and implying that they are horrendous enough to cause little kids to cry. I am sure the Ana girls who follow this blog will be delighted to hear even more negative comments! It will surely increase their already limited self-esteem. Your jem-of-a-comment is sure to be a positive reminder to people everywhere to continue to continue being ignorant about eating disorders!

Thank you for explaining the meaning behind your blog, even if I do not believe it. I feel for your friend Ana, who I am assuming passed away?

I very much enjoyed reading your very sincere and not at all sarcastic blog entries, and feel the need to congratulate you for finding your friend Bill. It is nice to see your association with Bill revolving around reading nutrition labels, thinking you are overweight, cutting back on junk food, and walking more. In essence, I am happy that Bill, to you, is not so much an eating disorder as a realistic, healthy lifestyle.

It must be terrible to be so tired from "wannarexia" and I sincerely feel sorry. On the bright side, you are eating 600-700 calories, which is actually an unhealthy amount of caloric consumption (though I'm sure you do not need me to tell you that). I hope through finding Bill and making changes, that you lose the weight in a healthy manner. On a completely unrelated note, Supersize vs Superskinny is such a great show! 

I really, from the bottom of my heart in the most non-sarcastic way, do wish you the best of luck with losing weight. I applaud you for even trying, which most people don’t even bother to do. Obesity is not something to be taken lightly, and I hope that you will continue to lose weight in a healthy manner until you have reached your goal weight!

  10. Wow, I'm so sorry to hear that! Stay strong and don't let them bring you down!

  11. Whoa, Liz, down girl....everyone is entitled to their own opinions. No need to flip a shit.
And Reme....little kids love me! Thanks. I LIKE being thin.
On another note Tearsnsorrow, I think it's good that you're making these changes to your blog. It's wonderful that you're making steps in the right direction to lose weight in a healthy manner. I really truly hope that you do NOT end up with an ED as it is not at all fun or rewarding.
Good luck with your weight loss!

  12. I'm not going to make excuses for my comment. I am just going to apologise. Because I was being a bitch and two wrongs don't make a right.

  13. I am amazed by the cruelty and lack of compassion I see in these comments.

It is irrelevant whether the owner of this blog has an eating disorder or not.

A person with an eating disorder is clearly suffering.

A person who wants an eating disorder is clearly also suffering.

It is unacceptable to judge EITHER of these groups.

We all need to show each other a little more respect and udnerstanding.

  14. Don't let people bother you, dear.

Don't give up. If you want to lose weight, you will, be it healthy or unhealthy, fast or slow.

You obviously seem to have issues with your weight, and suffer from it. Sounds like part of an eating disorder to me. Just because you may or may not be as entrenched in your eating disorder as someone else doesn't mean you suffer any less mentally.

  15. I underwent the same problems on my blog, darling. People are just assholes like that. Don't let it hurt you or get you down. You are who you are, and we all love you here. Stay strong!

  16. I have had anorexia for four years now. I understand both sides of this issue, but I think those of us who have been trying to recover are offended because anorexia has taken everything away from us. Many of us have been hospitalized numerous times trying to get better, fighting with the insurance companies to take our illnesses (whether anorexia or bulimia) seriously, wanting to get better only to get booted out the minute we reach the magic number or whatever. To read about people who seem to be trying to be anorexic if offensive.

I would give anything to have this out of my life, and to prevent anyone else from getting it. It's not that we think it's so great or a badge of pride or whatever to have an eating disorder. It's just that we fight to get people to take these illnesses seriously, and when people seem to play around with it, it negates all the advocacy and hard work we have done.

You sound like you do have an illness, and it's called obesity. That isn't to be taken lightly, as it can kill you. But you need to lose weight in a healthy way, not be emulating those of us with anorexia or bulimia who are doing things that are frankly very unhealthy and we know it, but struggle to get better. Don't go down this road, because you might end up somewhere you regret.

  19. The term anorexic may be someone lower than 17.4 but it still doesnt negate the fact that someone may have problems with food even if they have a normal BMI.

I do understand that anorexia is a serious mind disease and I do think wishing to be it in any way is a horrible path to follow.
My mother was/is anorexic and I know that she dislikes it when people attempt in any way to be anorexic. So I can understand why people are getting upset about. Your desire should be to get thin and healthy as opposed to anorexic and sick.

    GOod luck xxxx

But if the name of your blog is as important as you say it is, then keep it.
